Spanish American Evangelistic Ministries is a non-denominational Christian missionary organization. We are Christ-centered and Bible-believing. Our primary support comes from faithful believers and congregations among the non-denominational Christian Churches/Churches of Christ.

Spanish American Evangelism began in October 1964 to evangelize persons on both sides of the Mexican-American border. The early goals were to establish churches among both; those who spoke Spanish and those who spoke English. To spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ through radio, to conduct Bible correspondence courses for those who wrote in response to the radio programs and to make personal contacts with as many of these as possible. Within a year’s time, these goals were near to being realized, and we lifted our eyes to additional goals.

S.A.E. moved several times to accommodate its growth in staff and services. From the small office of New Testament Christian Church, first church begun by S.A.E., the mission moved to a mobile unit in the parking lot, then purchased a large house near the University of Texas at El Paso, and eventually built the facilities on Forney Lane.

In 1998, S.A.E. and several other mission organizations united under the new name of Spanish American Evangelistic Ministries. With 38 years of continuous service, S.A.E.M. now looks to the future and fields white unto harvest.
